Welcome to your Costa Rican blog for the Kalamazoo Christian trip! It has been a long time waiting and the time has almost come. In less than a month we will be welcoming our new friends on what will be an amazing adventure of fun learning and service.

Your head guides on the trip will be Luigi (Luis) who has been an adventure guide for 12 years and Diego who is an encyclopedia when it comes to everything Costa Rica. The two make for an awesome team as they plan to show you around their home country giving you a chance to experience some of our favorite spots in Costa Rica.

This blog is for family and friends back in Michigan to follow the day to day activities of everything the kids will be doing from homestays, volcanos, ecolodges, and the many different service projects throughout the week. We will be using the blog to post pictures and comments. We also ask those of you following the blog to feel free to comment or say hello to those on the trip as we will be reading the comments during the evening briefing.
